1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of storefront.berthellemy.name (the "Site") and your purchase of products from [Company legal name] ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site when you place an order.

2. Not a medical device, not medical advice

Our products are consumer travel containers designed to help keep temperature-sensitive items cool. They are not medical devices and have not been evaluated, cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Always follow the storage instructions provided by your medication's manufacturer and your healthcare provider, and verify temperatures yourself. You remain solely responsible for the storage and condition of any medication you place in our products.

Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and other medication names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any pharmaceutical company.

3. Products, prices and availability

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for information and may differ slightly from the product delivered. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, change prices and withdraw products at any time before an order is accepted.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability, and will refund any amount already charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. When you place an order we may authorize your payment method and capture the amount when the order ships.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Return & Refund Policy; both form part of these Terms.

Our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated there, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of, or damage to, medication or other contents, arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Accounts, content and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You may not use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or copy its content without permission. Reviews and other content you submit may be used by us on the Site and in marketing; you confirm they are your own and accurate.

8. Governing law and disputes
