Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states; PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses [accepted / not accepted]) and to [other countries]. Orders ship from our warehouse in [France / location].

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking when it ships.

Delivery estimates start from the shipping date and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can extend them.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States with a value under the current de minimis threshold generally enter free of duties. If duties or import taxes are assessed by your country, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless the checkout states otherwise. Sales tax is charged at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your carrier, then contact us within 7 days. Lost or damaged shipments are replaced or refunded once confirmed with the carrier. Please double-check your address at checkout; we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us for an incorrect address are refunded minus shipping.
