Return & Refund Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Fewer than 1% of customers do, and we would rather you were sure.

Conditions

• The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories such as ice packs and cables.

• Products must be clean and free of any residue. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that show signs of contact with medication.

• Personalized or clearance items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Email orders@berthellemy.name with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.

3. Ship the item back within 14 days of the authorization, using a tracked service. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Your bank may take several more days to show the credit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, and cover the return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage to contents.
